Completion of any course does not guarantee employment, specific income levels, professional licensing, or career outcomes. The barbering industry in Spain is subject to local, regional, and national regulations that may change over time. Students are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any professional registration, licensing, or hygiene requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.

Our instructors participate as invited industry specialists. Their involvement does not constitute an endorsement of specific products, brands, tools, or employment opportunities. Any opinions expressed during training sessions reflect the individual instructor's professional experience and should not be taken as official guidance from RH Sales Hunters SL.

3. Description of Services

RH Sales Hunters offers professional barber training courses at our facility in Madrid, Spain. These courses range from comprehensive foundations programmes for beginners to advanced masterclasses for working barbers. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course, programme, or website feature at any time without prior notice. Changes to scheduled courses — such as date adjustments, instructor substitutions, or syllabus modifications — will be communicated to enrolled students as promptly as practicable.

The website itself serves as an informational and enrolment portal. It does not constitute a contractual offer. A binding agreement for course attendance is formed only upon written confirmation of enrolment from our admissions team.

10. Force Majeure

RH Sales Hunters SL shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, government actions or restrictions, labour disputes, internet outages, cyberattacks, failures of cloud-hosting providers, power outages, or any other event that could not reasonably be foreseen or prevented.

This website is operated from Madrid, Spain, and is primarily intended for users located within Spain and the European Union. We make no representation that the website or our services are appropriate, available, or legally permissible in any other jurisdiction. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of thirty (30) calendar days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our team.

If the dispute is not resolved within the 30-day informal period, either party may pursue formal resolution through the courts as described in Section 12 above.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the website ceases immediately.

The following provisions of these Terms survive termination: Intellectual Property (Section 5), Disclaimer of Warranties (Section 7), Limitation of Liability (Section 8), Indemnification (Section 9), Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Section 12), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RH Sales Hunters SL regarding your use of the website. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, proposals, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.

17. Assignment
