Absolutely. We host open-door sessions on the first Saturday of each month between 10:00 and 13:00 at our Chamartín location. Walk in without an appointment, tour the eight-station training floor, handle the equipment, and have a candid conversation with one of our instructors. If those dates do not work for you, call or email to arrange a private walkthrough during weekday hours.

We accept bank transfers within the SEPA zone, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and in-person card payments at our Madrid centre. For the 12-week Foundations programme, we offer a split-payment option — a deposit at enrolment and the remainder before week four — to make the investment more manageable. Full details and exact amounts are shared in our confirmation email after you submit an enquiry.

We do not provide on-site housing, but we do maintain a curated list of nearby short-stay rentals and hostels in the Chamartín area that previous out-of-town students have used. Our admissions team sends this list automatically when you enrol. Several options are within a 10-minute walk of the training centre, and monthly rates are typically more affordable than central Madrid — especially when booking early. Students from Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, and as far as Lisbon have attended our programmes and found the logistics straightforward.

Useful details include your current experience level (complete beginner, hairdresser transitioning, practising barber looking to upskill), your preferred start month, any scheduling constraints (weekday availability, part-time interest), and the specific techniques or outcomes you hope to achieve.
