Every image below was produced by a student during live-model sessions at our Madrid centre. Fades, tapers, beard sculpting, and razor line-ups — captured mid-training, not staged after the fact. The work is real, the progress is visible, and the hours behind each result range from week three to graduation day.
Professional-Grade Tools
We stock the same brands you will find in Madrid's busiest barbershops: Wahl, Andis, BaBylissPRO, and Kamisori shears. Students train on cordless clippers with DLC-coated blades, adjustable trimmers calibrated for zero-gap work, and genuine Japanese steel straight razors — no plastic training substitutes.
Every station includes a full hygiene kit: Barbicide jars, disposable blade cartridges, neck strips, and steam towel warmers. We teach tool maintenance alongside technique, because a barber who cannot disassemble, oil, and re-align their clipper blades is only half-trained. Graduates leave knowing how to keep their equipment performing at shop-floor standard for years.
A Typical Training Day
Mornings start with a 30-minute technique demonstration at the instructor's chair. By 10:00, students are cutting. Lunch is an hour — long enough to step out into Chamartín's cafés along Calle Corazón de María. Afternoons bring live-model rotations, peer critiques, and one-on-one correction rounds. The day wraps at 17:30 with clean-down — because keeping a station spotless is non-negotiable in any professional shop.
The Final Cut
Graduation day at RH Sales Hunters is not a ceremony — it is a practical assessment. Each student performs a full-service appointment on a live model: consultation, wash, cut, style, and beard service. Two instructors evaluate blade angle, guard transitions, symmetry, finishing details, and time management. The session is photographed for the student's portfolio.
Students who pass receive their professional certificate on the spot, printed and signed, along with a digital version formatted for LinkedIn and job applications. Those who need another attempt get a free re-assessment within 14 days — no additional cost. We would rather hold the standard than hand out hollow credentials. That approach is why salons across Spain trust the certificate when it lands on their desk.
